SHANTI invites you to connect with nature through an immersive workshop hosted by Earth Tenders, a woman of colour-led agricultural revitalisation and archiving project based in London

This sensory-focused experience will be centred around a plant. The identity of the plant will remain undisclosed to encourage participants to feel their way through tea tasting, self-massage with infused massage oil and balm crafting to deepen their connection to the plant's properties. The workshop includes creating your own balm using infused oils and closes with a grounding and reflection session
